Shipping Information:

We expect to ship within one week after ordering. Some special orders, or when large abount of orders could take up to 4 weeks to send our orders. This will help us get the raw materials to make your candles. We will advice at that time if it will take longer.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Harwood's has an "even exchange" policy only, made at the discretion of the owners. Candles may not be exchanged after being used. Refunds will be granted on candles that have something wrong with them. Contact us for any problems you have with our candle.

For candles that have not been shipped. If the candles are standard product we can refund minus a restocking fee. (Restocking fee is 5% with a maximum $15). Special order candles can not be refunded.

For Candles not made. We can refund the orders minus a transaction fee. (transaction fee is 5% with maxium of $5).
